Greek Yogurt Dip

  • 1 container 500g Organic Meadow Greek Yogurt (No Fat or 2%)
  • 2 Tbls Minced fresh parsley leaves
  • 4 Tbls Minced onions
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Fresh or dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika


Open the container of Greek Yogurt and empty the contents into a medium sized bowl.  Add all other ingredients and mix well, until smooth. 

The dip is best if left for about an hour before serving, but it can be consumed right away.  To store, place in a sealed container overnight. 

Serve with fresh vegetables, crackers or bread.
