Greek Yogurt and Feta Dip

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Organic Meadow Greek Yogurt (no fat or 2%)
  • 1 cup crumbled feta (preferably organic)
  • 1/2 seedless cucumber, diced very small
  • 1 tsp Dried or fresh oregano
  • 1/2 tsp fresh minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • pinch salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.  Let chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour (or over night). 

Serve with pita chips or fresh organic veggies.
