Apples'N Dip - An Organic Meadow Staff Favourite :)
Apples'n Dip from the Organic Meadow staff potluck Feb 11, 2011
Ingredients:
- 1 250g container Organic Meadow cream cheese
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 6 apples - Granny Smith are the best variety but try to find local AND organic ones!
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients together until its smooth and creamy.
Core and cut up the apples, leave the skin on. Place a bowl with the dip in the centre of a serving tray and place the cut up apples around it.
Enjoy!
