Ingredients:

  • 1 250g container Organic Meadow cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 6 apples - Granny Smith are the best variety but try to find local AND organic ones!

Directions:

Mix first 3 ingredients together until its smooth and creamy. 

Core and cut up the apples, leave the skin on.  Place a bowl with the dip in the centre of a serving tray and place the cut up apples around it. 

Enjoy!
