  • Kernel Salad

    A delightful combination of dairy, grain and vegetables. This could be a light meal in itself.

    Tip: To reconstitute whole or cracked spelt kernels, soak overnight in water. Then place in saucepan, cover with water and gently cook for 30 minutes until tender.

  • Muesli

    Wholesome and healthy breakfast option. Delicious with milk, kéfir or yogurt.
