A lot of the milk sold in Canadian supermarkets, including so-called "pure filtered" ones, tastes no different than melted vanilla ice cream. In a trip to Japan last year, I was able to taste some of the milk sold there. It's usually sold with more than 4% M.F., which wasn't a big deal to me, but its taste is significantly different than the 2% and 3.25% milk I'm used to drinking here in Canada. One of them was a 500ml carton of 5.5% M.F. organic fresh milk (limited availability) - 100% pure organic milk, directly from the farm, without adding anything else e.g. Vitamin A & D.

To put it more simply, the milk in Japan tastes what real milk should be. Most of the milk in Canada tastes as if I'm having ice cream for desserts.

Upon my return, I searched for milk which taste most closely resembles that of Japanese milk. One day I bought a 4L bag of Organic Meadow 3.8% M.F. Whole Organic Milk. One cup was all that was needed to convince me that this was what I've been searching for.

Now, whenever I buy milk I always look for this product. The unique taste alone is worth buying it every week.

    Thank you so much!
